Heavy Cut Compound With Diminishing Abrasive
Hit paint defects HARD with CUT!
What is it? CUT is a heavy cutting compound suitable for use on automotive paint finishes. Designed to remove heavy defects like scratches, swirls and oxidisation with ease and efficiency. It also diminishes which reduces holograms and micro marring that may be generated by the initial cutting process.
What's it made from? Using an all new ground up formula, CUT uses a water based suspension of aluminium oxide abrasive particles combined with calcium. This provides a high degree of correction quickly, while the calcium and aluminium react when heat is generated to break down and leave a substantially improved finish.
What are the features? CUT gives you the ability to substantially restore poor paintwork finishes fast. With defect removal of P1500 and a diminishing effect down to P2500, this compound can be utilised by a beginner to get amazing results, or a professional to achieve near single stage perfection in some cases.
Suitable for dual action and rotary polishers. Cut 10/10 - Gloss 5/10
How does it fit into the detailing process? Cut is a preparation product and should be used after washing, decontamination and thorough drying. It is best used by machine, although can have some effectiveness by hand. After using CUT we advise the use of a finishing polish or further refining of the finish for best results. Pad recommendation - Zvizzer Thermo All-rounder (red).
