Shipping Policy

We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible once payment has been received and processed. Orders placed before 1:30pm (Monday–Friday) are normally dispatched the same working day.

While we always aim to meet our estimated delivery times, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If we anticipate any delay with your order, we'll contact you as soon as possible.

Next Working Day Delivery

Orders for UK Mainland placed before 1:30pm are typically dispatched the same day using DPD or an alternative courier where appropriate, subject to payment clearance and security checks.

Returns Policy

How Long Do I Have?

You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Returned items should include a valid reason for return and, where possible, be returned in their original undamaged packaging.

Unless an item is faulty or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to our warehouse. We strongly recommend obtaining proof of postage when returning your order.

Exchanges

Where possible, we are happy to offer exchanges instead of refunds. Exchange requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Additional delivery charges may apply for exchanged items unless the original item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
