Delivery & Returns
We endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible after processing and receiving payment, normally this is the same day when placed before 1:30 pm. We aim to deliver and process within these timescales but occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, this may change. We will always aim to contact customers should we envisage there to be a delay to their order.
NEXT DAY SERVICE – All UK mainland orders except highland and remote areas that are received before 1:30 pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day via DPD. or alternative service if appropriate subject to security checks and payment clearances. You should expect your order to arrive the following working day and receive full tracking confirmation and DPD 1-hour delivery slot.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 28 days from the date of purchase to return an item(s). Item returns should be accompanied with a valid reason for return and or in original undamaged packaging where applicable. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items to our warehouse and we would always recommend receiving proof of postage in the event of any loss.

Can I have an exchange instead of a refund?
Yes, this may be possible, we assess this on a case by case basis and you will be required to pay additional delivery charges for all exchanges unless faulty. All inquiries should be directed to our hotline on 0800 024 8625
