Shipping policy

We endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as possible after processing and receiving payment, normally this is the same day when placed before 4:00 pm.  We aim to deliver and process within these timescales but occasionally due to unforeseen circumstances, this may change. We will always aim to contact customers should we envisage there to be a delay to their order. FREE UK Mainland shipping over £60.00

NEXT DAY SERVICE – All UK mainland orders except highland and remote areas that are received before 4:00 pm, should be despatched from our warehouse the same day.  You should expect your order to arrive the following working day and receive full tracking confirmation.

HIGHLAND & REMOTE AREAS  - Some parts of the UK are not covered by our next-day service. Some AB postcodes and IV postcodes for example. Our couriers do not offer a next-day option in these areas so we always seek to use an alternative. Delivery options to these areas vary and are usually 2-3 working days but often faster. 

NORTHERN IRELAND - We are unable to offer a next day service to Northern Ireland and ongoing Brexit changes may pose further delays to orders being received and in some cases, we may need to cancel your order. If this happens we will tell you why and refund you in full quickly.

 All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon – Fri (excluding public holidays etc).

POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
The cost of postage and packing for items ordered is displayed automatically in your basket during the order process. The costs are dependant on the weight and value of an order. Please contact us for further information.
We only charge you delivery once per order, even if we send you more than one parcel. (The full delivery charge is charged on the first parcel despatched)

SAFE PLACE DELIVERIES - Any orders that are sent and requested to be left in a safe place by the customer are considered delivered upon drop off at the safe place. We cannot accept liability for lost or damaged goods as a result of safe place delivery theft or damaged.
