Orders placed before 4 pm are usually dispatched the same day after payment. UK mainland next-day delivery (excluding highland and remote areas) is sent via DPD or an alternative courier, with tracking and a 1-hour delivery slot. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and customers will be contacted if this happens.
Returns
Items can be returned within 28 days of purchase with a valid reason and, where applicable, in original undamaged packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage and should keep proof of posting.
